in 1988.

We have been supplying the national retail and
foodservice markets since 1997 and we started
exporting in 2003.

We specialise in the creation and production of
bespoke products that are unique to each customer.

Our flexible and highly skilled staff manufactures a
wide variety of premium desserts using only the best
ingredients in a high care environment.
